Terms of Use

By accessing, registering or using VowLens in any way, whether through the website (vowlens.app) or the iPhone app available on the App Store, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and VowLens ("we", "our" or "Platform"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

VowLens is a digital disposable camera platform designed especially for weddings and events. Our features include:

• Digital camera: photo and video capture by guests via browser or native app
• Event gallery: all photos and videos organized in one place
• Live Mode: real-time slideshow for display during the event
• Message board: guest messages for organizers
• Exclusive QR Code: quick access for guests
• Video Guestbook: video message book

Available features vary according to the chosen plan. We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue features at any time, with prior notice when possible.

To create and manage events, you must create an account. VowLens offers registration via:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Email and password

By registering, you agree to provide truthful information, keep your password confidential and notify VowLens of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are fully responsible for all activities performed with your account.

Guests who access the camera via QR Code do not need to create an account, they simply provide a name for photo identification.

By using VowLens, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send spam, unauthorized advertising or misleading content
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems without authorization
• Interfere with Platform operations (attacks, bots, scraping)
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without authorization
• Circumvent security measures or technical limitations

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Five account plans, with limits for each event. Paid plans are a one-time purchase, with no monthly fees or automatic renewal. Prices are in Brazilian reais. The account’s current plan determines how many events it can hold.

• Free: R$ 0,00. 1 event, up to 10 guests per event, up to 10 photos and 1 video per guest.
• Starter: R$ 29,90. 1 event, up to 30 guests per event, up to 25 photos and 3 videos per guest.
• Essential: R$ 79,90. 1 event, up to 100 guests per event, up to 50 photos and 5 videos per guest.
• Premium: R$ 149,90. 2 events, up to 200 guests per event, up to 100 photos and 10 videos per guest.
• VIP: R$ 249,90. 3 events, up to 200 guests per event, up to 100 photos and 30 videos per guest.

Free: storage for 30 days after the event ends. Starter, Essential, Premium and VIP: storage with no expiration date. If this policy changes, we will give advance notice and make a complete download available before ending storage. Existing purchases and complimentary access will be preserved.

Website payments are processed by Stripe using the methods shown at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when available for the device, browser and card. On iPhone, purchases are processed by the App Store.

Your plan is activated only after payment confirmation. When PIX is offered at checkout, generating its QR code or returning to the website does not confirm payment. Your previous plan remains valid while payment is pending. Reloading the page does not create another purchase.

We do not store your full card number. Future price changes do not change the amount of existing purchases or revoke complimentary access. Video Guestbook is included in Essential, Premium and VIP; it is not sold separately in this version.

Your rights under applicable consumer law are preserved, including withdrawal rights for distance purchases where applicable. For website purchases, contact contato@vowlens.app with the email used for your purchase. For App Store purchases, also use Apple’s refund channel.

We respond to your initial request within 1 business day. Resolution time depends on the request and payment method; applicable legal deadlines remain unchanged. Invoice requests and service delivery issues use the same contact.

All Platform content that is not user content, including the VowLens brand, logo, design, source code, texts and interface, is the exclusive property of VowLens and is protected by Brazilian laws and international intellectual property treaties.

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorization.

Content uploaded by users remains the property of the respective authors, as described in section 4.

VowLens is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free of errors or interruptions at all times.

VowLens is not responsible for:

• Loss of data, photos or videos due to technical failures, connection issues or misuse
• Temporary service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Content uploaded by third parties to the event gallery

In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

We strongly recommend that you download and back up your photos and videos regularly.

You can delete your account at any time through the Platform settings or by contacting our support.

When you delete your account:

• Your personal data will be removed within 30 days
• Linked events and galleries will be deactivated
• Photos and videos will be deleted according to the retention policy
• This action is irreversible

VowLens may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notification to the user.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. When we make significant changes, you will be notified through the app or by email.

The "last updated" date at the top of the page will always indicate the current version. Continued use of our services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), when applicable.

For the resolution of any dispute, the court of São Paulo, SP, Brazil is elected.
